Auto Ship terms

Auto Ship delivers replacement filter packs on a schedule you choose. These terms explain how Auto Ship shipments are billed and how you can change or cancel future shipments. They are our cancellation policy for subscription purchases.

How Auto Ship works

  • You choose the shipment frequency on the product page. The Pitcher of Life BPA-free, 2nd generation and borosilicate glass replacement packs are available every 3, 6 or 12 months. The Glass Pitcher of Life F007 Ultra 3-pack is available every 6 or 12 months.
  • Each renewal is billed at the price in your Auto Ship subscription, plus the $5.97 shipping charge and any applicable tax. The price and the shipping charge are shown at checkout before you subscribe.
  • Shipping is $5.97 per shipment. It is charged on your first shipment and on every renewal.
  • Auto Ship ships to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and APO, FPO and DPO addresses; checkout shows whether Auto Ship is available for your address. Shipments go by USPS with a tracking number; see the Shipping policy.
  • If your order combines an Auto Ship filter pack with a pitcher that otherwise qualifies for free shipping, the order carries a single $5.97 shipping charge.
  • The frequency you choose is a delivery schedule, not a statement about how long a filter lasts.

Skipping, pausing or cancelling

  • You can skip, pause or cancel future renewals.
  • There is no minimum number of shipments.
  • You can make a change at any time before your next renewal payment is processed. No notice period applies. Your request counts from the time we receive it; if the renewal payment has already been processed when we receive it, the next section applies.

Renewals that have already been charged

  • If a renewal payment has been processed but the shipment has not yet been sent, contact us and we will cancel that shipment and refund the full amount charged for it, with no deduction. Tell us at the same time whether you also want to skip, pause or cancel future renewals.
  • Once a renewal has shipped, our Refund policy applies.
