Shipping policy

We ship from the United States. Shipping rates depend on the products in your order and are shown at checkout before you pay. Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates.

Dispatch

We normally dispatch orders within one business day after payment is received.
We dispatch Monday to Friday. US public holidays are excluded.
There is no fixed daily order cutoff time.

Where we ship

United States: the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, the other US territories listed at checkout, and APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Some products ship within the United States only; checkout shows the available options for your address.
Canada: Pitcher of Life BPA-free alkaline water pitchers, the Borosilicate Glass Alkaline Water Pitcher with Stainless Steel Infuser, the one-time 3-pack replacement filters for those pitchers, water systems, countertop and reverse osmosis filter bundles, shower filters, accessories and the Alkaline Beverage Recipes Book for Health and Longevity, at the carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout.
Other countries: other destinations may be offered at checkout for some products, at the carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout.

Rates for one-time purchases in the United States

Pitcher of Life BPA-free alkaline water pitchers (the Flower of Life design and the BPA-Free Pitcher of Life Alkaline Water Pitcher with 6-Stage Filtration), the Borosilicate Glass Alkaline Water Pitcher with Stainless Steel Infuser, the pitcher and recipe book bundle, the one-time 3-pack replacement filters for those pitchers, water systems, countertop and reverse osmosis filter bundles, shower filters, decals and accessories: standard shipping is free when these products in your order total $19.98 or more, to the 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico; below $19.98 they ship for $5.97. USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are offered at carrier rates where available. Guam and the US Virgin Islands: $9.97, free on orders of $49.97 or more.
The Alkaline Beverage Recipes Book for Health and Longevity on its own: free standard shipping.
Single replacement filters (the Pitcher of Life BPA-free pitcher filter, the 2nd generation filter, the Glass Pitcher of Life F007 Ultra filter and the ultrafiltration filter) and the shower composite filter: $5.97 to $17.97 by package weight.
Water bottles, copper bottles and copper pitchers, pitcher and bottle bundles, and replacement glass bodies: $9.97 to $18.97 by package weight.
The Borosilicate Glass Pitcher of Life with Bamboo Lid and the Borosilicate Glass Water Pitcher with Infuser 1.5 Liter: $12.97 to $34.97 by order total; Alaska $15.97 to $43.97.

Auto Ship

Auto Ship filter packs ship to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and APO, FPO and DPO addresses; checkout shows whether Auto Ship is available for your address.
Shipping is $5.97 per shipment. It is charged on your first shipment and on every renewal shipment, and checkout shows the recurring shipping charge before you subscribe.

You choose the shipment frequency on the product page: every 3, 6 or 12 months for the Pitcher of Life BPA-free, 2nd generation and borosilicate glass replacement packs; every 6 or 12 months for the Glass Pitcher of Life F007 Ultra 3-pack. Orders that combine products

Shipping for an order that combines products with different shipping rules is calculated from those rules and shown at checkout before you pay.
A US order that combines an Auto Ship filter pack with a pitcher that would otherwise qualify for free shipping pays a single $5.97 shipping charge.

Tracking

Standard shipping within the United States goes by USPS with a tracking number.
Shipments to Canada are tracked and go mainly by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Damaged, defective or late deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at cev@earthtrade.com within seven working days after delivery and include photographs. See the Refund policy.
If the carrier confirms that your parcel was lost in transit, see the Refund policy.
